After a thorough inspection of the roof by Tom and reading his report and estimate my wife and I agreed that the roof needed to be completely replaced. Communication with the company via text went well as a day to have the work done was established. The 4 person crew arrived early and very efficiently removed the old roof and installed the new roof by mid-afternoon. While some wood needed to be replaced the total cost of the project was less than we had “feared”/anticipated. The following week the company installed a solar tube that greatly brightens a formerly dingy bathroom. Roberto and his coworker arrived on time and also very efficiently installed the solar tube. Both crews cleaned up the yard after completing their respective jobs. We definitely recommend hiring Tom and Jerry’s Roofing for roofing projects!

Price was a consideration, but not the only thing I based my decision on. Tom and Jerry were not the lowest quote I received, but close to it. I found the quote very fair. I narrowed my choice down from 10 to 3 companies, and after more research, they had really good reviews (all FIVE-STAR), actually the best reviews and positive comments from recent customers. I couldn't find anything bad about them. When I made my decision, and started to work with them, their communication was impeccable. Quick response time and always able to answer all my questions. So, price was good, communication was good, but what about my new roof? My new roof is great. They did everything we discussed in the pre-installation meeting, like remove an old satellite dish and a non-working vent. Their crew worked tremendously hard and were very respectful of my house and my neighbors houses. They quickly removed the old roof, started repairs on the roof deck, and started putting on the shingles like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up around the house after the roof was on and made sure all debris was taken away. I think I found one nail in the grass after they were done. Just one. That's really amazing. My house now looks great! I love the new roof. I like not having to worry about new leaks from an 18 year old roof.
